Maximum delivery time

The delivery of the order will be carried out by the carrier together with a delivery note at the address indicated in the order form that the customer will have to sign as a receipt document.
If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly, and the steps to follow will be indicated in detail. In the event that the impossibility of delivery is caused by having entered the wrong address, the cost of resending the order will be borne by the CUSTOMER.
BUSTINS JEANS is not responsible for delays in the delivery of purchased products due to causes attributable to the carrier.

The products offered by BUSTINS JEANS can be purchased from anywhere in the world, but their distribution is carried out exclusively in Spain (peninsular territory) and the Balearic Islands.

In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed of this and an alternative product with similar characteristics of the same price and quality as the one purchased will be offered. If, even so, the CUSTOMER is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, BUSTINS JEANS will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform them of the refund procedures and deadlines.

Return conditions
At Bustins Jeans we want to make everything easy for you from the beginning and help you get your size right. But, if we don't get it the first time, don't worry.
The first exchange or return you make for each online order is free , as long as the shipping address is in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands . Therefore, if you have already exchanged the product once or if you have purchased promotional items , you will have to bear the return costs.
Of course, we also accept free returns when there is a manufacturing defect in the product, if it has been damaged in transport or if there has been an error in delivery.
Return deadlines
The maximum period to request the return of a product is 15 days, and packaging and accessories must be included . Once you receive the return label, you have 3 days to take it to the collection point closest to your home.
It will be verified prior to acceptance that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect or anomaly and not inappropriate or negligent use, handling or storage. They will always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.
Both in the case of return due to a manufacturing or packaging defect or in the case of an error in the order, the CUSTOMER will be offered, if possible, its replacement by another alternative at no additional cost and without the right, on the part of the CUSTOMER, to any type. of compensation. The expenses generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be borne by BUSTINS JEANS.
In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by BUSTINS JEANS of the condition of the product being returned and verification that the requirements set out in these conditions of sale have been met.
BUSTINS JEANS reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline or of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
How to request a return of a product
Returns will be managed by sending an email to info@bustinsjeans.com with a description of the reasons and the alleged causes for the return. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the order reference number.
Once the request is received, we will process it as soon as possible.
